THE CLEANSE OUT
PARASITE / CANDIDA / MOLD / FUNGUS CLEANSING
The source guide presents parasite cleansing as part of a broader detoxification lifestyle and connects
parasites, candida, mold, fungi, and other organisms with a wide range of physical and spiritual concerns. It
also makes broader claims about chronic illness, cravings, mental patterns, calcification, and spiritual
influence.
For my NRAC version, I am preserving these ideas as part of the original protocol I am documenting. These
statements are not presented as established medical diagnoses or scientific conclusions. If I suspect an actual
parasitic or fungal infection, appropriate medical testing and professional evaluation remain important.
PREPARING FOR THE PROTOCOL
The original protocol emphasizes beginning hydration and dietary preparation before starting the cleanse. Its
goal is to support bowel regularity and make elimination easier during the process.
The source focuses on hydration, fruits and greens, adequate rest, regular bowel movements, and preparing
the digestive system before beginning its parasite protocols. It also discusses enemas as an optional practice.
Anyone considering an enema should first verify that it is safe for their individual circumstances.
BIOFILM & BINDER SUPPORT
The source guide discusses nattokinase as a supplement it believes may help address biofilms and
recommends following the product-label directions. It also discusses activated charcoal as a binder and
recommends separating it from food.
Important NRAC safety note: activated charcoal can interfere with medications and nutrient absorption.
Nattokinase can also be inappropriate for some people, including people with certain bleeding risks or those
taking particular medications. I would verify these products with a healthcare professional or pharmacist before using them.
